Ingre...Here are two recipes:<br /><br />Fried rice (serves 2)<br />Ingredients:<br />2 sausages - diced into small cubes<br />1/2 cup small shelled fresh or boiled shrimps<br />1 large onion - diced<br />1 carrot - diced<br />1/2 cup green peas<br />2 eggs - beaten<br />2 tablespoons cooking oil<br />2 cups cooked white rice<br />1 teaspoon Soy sauce or pinch of salt<br />Dash of pepper<br /><br />Method:<br />Heat cooking oil in a pan. When oil is hot, stir in diced onion and cook until translucent. Add in eggs. When eggs are partially cooked, stir in sausage, shrimps, peas and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes. Add in fried rice and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is evenly cooked. Add in soy sauce or salt and pepper.<br />Click here for photo<br />http://blurting.blogspot.com/2010/06/magic-wok.html<br /><br />Pasta (serves 2)<br />1 onion - diced<br />1 clove garlic - finely chopped<br />1 cup tomato paste<br />2 sausages<br />8 large fresh shrimps - peeled<br />6 fresh mushrooms - sliced<br />Splash of white wine<br />2 tablesspoons olive oil<br />2 cups of boiled pasta (any kind)<br /><br />Method:<br />Heat olive oil in pan. Add in garlic and onions and cook until fragrant. Add in mushrooms and cook in gentle heat until they sweat out the moisture. Add sausage and fresh shrimps and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in a splash of white wine. When wine has evaporated, pour in tomato paste and stir well.
